Support Forum Guidelines

1. Support Availability for Envato Elements Downloads

As of 9 Aug 2025, my WordPress themes are no longer available on Envato Elements. To receive support and future updates, please purchase a license on Envato Market (ThemeForest).

What this means:

  • Themes removed from Elements: WordPress themes are no longer distributed via Envato Elements.
  • No author support for Elements downloads: Envato Elements does not include author support. Access to this ticket desk is limited to ThemeForest license holders.
  • Where to buy for support + updates: Purchase on ThemeForest to get 6‑month technical support (optionally extendable to 12 months) and automatic updates delivered inside WordPress.

If you previously downloaded a theme from Elements (before 9 Aug 2025):

  • Your license to use the downloaded files remains governed by Envato Elements terms.
  • However, author support and future updates are not provided for Elements downloads.
  • To move to the supported/updated channel:
    1. Purchase a ThemeForest license for the theme.
    2. Activate the license in your WordPress dashboard (Admin Panel → Appearance → Theme License).
    3. Update from the dashboard when new versions are available—no manual FTP needed.

2. How to Submit a Support Ticket

To submit a support request, follow these steps:

  1. Create an account on the support portal.
  2. Validate your purchase code or connect your Envato Market account.
  3. Once validated, you will gain access to the forums for the purchased products with an active support period.

3. Renewing an Expired Support Period

If your support period has expired and you are unable to submit new tickets, you can renew your support period at any time.

  1. Go to the Downloads section of your Envato Market account.
  2. Locate the purchased item.
  3. Click the "Renew Support" button on the item page.

Once renewed, you can submit tickets again.

4. Submitting Multiple Questions or Concerns

To ensure efficient support and tracking:

  • Submit a separate ticket for each question or concern.
  • This allows for faster resolution and easier follow-up.

Please avoid listing multiple issues in a single ticket, as this can slow down the response time.

5. Response Time & Ticket Handling

  • Tickets submitted on business days: Expect a response within 24 hours.
  • Tickets submitted in the second half of Friday: Will be addressed on Monday.
  • Weekend tickets: Will be answered on Monday.
  • Tickets that don't receive a reply after 1 week will be closed automatically.

If you haven't received a response within the expected timeframe, please check your spam folder or ensure that your ticket submission was successful.
